Anthony Brown is the Chairman of Harris Brown & Partners. Mr. Brown’s primary role is project engineering reviews and costing due diligence, monitoring of construction progress schedules, contractor management and specification compliance, and contracting due diligence. Tony has an extensive background in project finance management and has been involved in numerous large assignments on behalf of manufacturers, metal fabrication and utility corporations throughout Canada and the United States. Tony is an active investor and advisor to several of Harris Brown & Partners’ client companies. |
President Jeffrey Phipps is the President of Harris Brown and Partners. Mr. Phipps has been involved in corporate and commercial finance transactions for over 15 years and was the former President of American Capital Partners prior to joining Harris Brown. Jeff has undertaken turnaround projects as interim CEO in several industry sectors and has arranged multiple financing packages for financially challenged companies. Jeff continues to serve as an advisor to several client companies. Jeff is a member of the Toronto Board of Trade and the Association of Corporate Growth and attended the University of Western Ontario. |

David Holden is the Senior Advisor of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Harris Brown & Partners. Mr. Holden has held senior positions in the financial services industry since 1984 and has accumulated extensive expertise in structuring combinations of both private capital and institutional financing. David provides senior level deal negotiation experience to our clients in complex acquisition transactions while arranging the required institutional and private capital to successfully fund and close each transaction. He has personally acted as lead advisor in over 40 acquisition and buyout transactions and has executed over 50 capital raising transactions from institutional and private sources. David attended The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. |
David Caporiccio is the Senior Advisor of the Corporate Finance Group of Harris Brown & Partners. Mr. Caporiccio has in-depth experience spanning over 15 years in structuring and arranging equity and debt financing for small to mid-sized corporations. David specializes in structuring and financing difficult situations with companies experiencing temporary financial difficulties or require alternative funding to support accelerated sales growth. In addition to his long career in corporate, commercial and real estate finance, David has successfully financed and managed companies in the healthcare and aviation industry sectors. |

Vince Bulbrook leads the Restructuring and Turnaround division for Harris Brown and Partners Limited. Vince provides the ability to successfully manage restructuring assignments that include restructuring agreements with lenders and creditors, C.C.A.A. and BIA filings and Debtor in Possession (DIP) financings. Previous to Harris Brown and Partners, Vince has had many successful restructuring projects and has worked as Manager, Financial Advisory Services for PWC as well as E&Y. He is a graduate of Ivey School of Business. |
Ahmed Alzeidi is the Technology Liaison between Harris Brown & Partners and industry technology experts. Mr. Alzeidi possesses in-depth knowledge of environmental, medical, and industrial technologies. Ahmed is a former student of Harvard University and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo. Ahmed has broadened his expertise to include biotech, computer software development, chemical processing, electronic processes and medical sciences. Previous to Harris Brown & Partners, Ahmed served in the IT department with Anderson Consulting, one of the largest management consulting firms in North America. Ahmed holds several patents in soil remediation technology and is a frequent guest speaker at the University of Toronto, the Perimeter Institute, and CBC Radio. |

Edmond So is the Manager, Financing Administration of Harr is Brown & Partners. Mr. So is primarily
involved with presenting investment and lending opportunities to our institutional and private sources of
capital. Edmond co-ordinates the processing of all investment and loan submissions and oversees the
execution of the resulting funding transaction. Edmond is also involved with financial monitoring progress
reporting, performance reviews, and collections after the investment or loan has been completed.
Edmond also manages SourceLink which is a proprietary database of active capital sources seeking
investment and lending opportunities with companies with enterprise values under $50 million to fulfill
the funding requirements of our clients. Ed attended the the University of Alberta. |
Elena Tchemissova is the Investment Agent of Harris Brown & Partners Limited. Ms. Tchemissova
is primarily focused on developing and maintaining relationships with our professional investment
referral network. Elena works with and provides educational and marketing support to investment and
financial planning professionals throughout Ontario. Elena’s scope of responsibilities includes business
development as well as facilitating ongoing investor communications. Elena attended the University of
Toronto and has attained her CSC designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. |
