	Anthony H. Brown Chairman Harris Brown & Partners Limited Mr. Brown’s primary role with the firm is project engineering reviews, costing and contracting due diligence, monitoring construction progress schedules, contractor management and specification compliance. Mr. Brown has an extensive background in project finance management and has been involved in numerous large assignments on behalf of manufacturers, metal fabrication and utility corporations throughout Canada and the United States.
	Rob McGill Chief Executive Officer Harris Brown & Partners Limited Mr. McGill oversees the strategic direction and growth of the firm. He has an extensive background in both leading and advising corporations, institutional investors and private equity firms on corporate finance. He also provides them with restructuring and growth strategies in order to maximize shareholder value.
	Adam Kerdani Vice President Corporate Finance In his capacity with the firm, Mr. Kerdani’s primary responsibilities include sourcing and vetting potential business opportunities and growing the firm’s network of investors. Prior to joining Harris Brown, Mr. Kerdani was the Director of Operations for a Toronto-based boutique investment bank and previous to that was a commercial real estate agent with one of the world’s leading brokerages. Mr. Kerdani holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Business Administration, with great distinction, from HEC Montréal, and is a certified member of the Institute of Management Accountants in the United States. He speaks both French and Arabic and is also a retired officer of the Canadian Forces.

	Mark Lozzi Vice President Venture Finance Mark Lozzi has an active and diverse entrepreneurial history. He has previously worked in the Corporate Finance Group of Harris Brown & Partners and assisted in structuring, valuating and raising capital for several bridge loan investments. Mr. Lozzi is heading a new Venture Finance Group of Harris Brown & Partners Limited. His creative ability and aggressive nature is looking to fill a niche in the declining venture capital industry in Canada. Mr. Lozzi holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University.

	Nar Krithivasan Research Associate Capital Markets Nar Krithivasan is the Research Associate for the Capital Markets Group and is primarily involved with the building and maintaining of a comprehensive database of the firm’s institutional and private investors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krithivasan was invloved in financial risk management in the Middle East. Mr. Krithivasan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics) from the University of Chicago and is currently pursuing the CFA designation.
